OPERATION:

Place the saucepan stainless steel housing. Add Chocolate pearls, or chopped into pieces and make sure it does not exceed the maximum recommended weight, otherwise the molten chocolate may seep out of the bucket.

Place the knob in the "MELTING" position, the chocolate starts melting. A few minutes elapsed, check that the chocolate is melted, uses a spatula or spoon to remove Metelica no chocolate until the texture is smooth.

Place the knob in the "WARM" position to keep warm chocolate previously melted. To turn the unit turn the knob to the OFF position.

WARNING: Never mix water and chocolate, otherwise the chocolate will not solidify again. Be sure to dry the spoons and spatulas you go to use with molten chocolate.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

• Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged and at room temperature.
• Clean the remains of chocolate that may remain stuck in the bucket. This product is not dishwasher safe.
• Do not pour melted chocolate sink because it solidifies can clog the pipes.
• Do not employ aggressive cleaning products or metal scouring pads that can permanently damage the surface. Be sure to properly dry all surfaces.
