OPERATION:

The source of chocolate is formed by a base where the motor / heater and control knob and an upper part formed of stainless steel tray on which tower 3 levels placed and propeller makes going up melted chocolate.

To put the chocolate fountain stands up command in the "HEATING" position, begin heating the tray. Wait at least 5 minutes.

Turn the knob to the "FOUNTAIN" position to start the rotation of the propeller that will make the chocolate ascend inside the tower.

Add the melted stainless tray making sure not to exceed the maximum recommended weight, otherwise the molten chocolate may spill out of the tray chocolate.

Verify that the cascade of chocolate is homogeneous, otherwise, carefully rotate the leveling feet for the chocolate flowing uniformly.

To turn off the power, turn the "FOUNTAIN" button and the "HEATING" button, setting the knob to the OFF position.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

• Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged and at room temperature.
• Clean the remains of chocolate that may remain stuck in the trays of the tower and the main tray. This product is not dishwasher safe.
• Do not pour melted chocolate sink because it solidifies can clog the pipes.
• Remove the tower and propeller carefully, there may be lots of chocolate inside the tower. Clean with plenty of hot water.
• Do not employ aggressive cleaning products or metal scouring pads that can permanently damage the surface. Be sure to properly dry all surfaces.
